These are the martyrs because of whom we are able to breathe freedom today. We should never forget their sacrifice. Because of whom we are free today. Mangal Pandey who was our first martyr.
Mangal Pandey who had refused to peel the cow skin cartridge from his mouth against the British government. Due to which the war spread among the soldiers and Mangal Pandey was sentenced to death. In this way the first freedom struggle started. From the year 1857 to the year 1947, all the countrymen participated in the freedom struggle at their own level.
Everyone contributed in making the country free. Then somewhere we got free. It has been 75 years since our country got independence. Our country is celebrating Amrit Mahotsav. Therefore, it should be the duty of today's youth. It is the duty of all of us that we understands the values of freedom instead of considering Independence Day as a holiday.
That night of freedom. One thing in everyone's heart will be that scene of freedom, considering all those heroes, remembering those heroes, today we are free, every breath is free, there is gaiety in everyone's mind, everyone has the aura of victory.
To make our future generations aware of the valuable freedom. We still need sons of Mother India like Mangal Pandey, Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Subhash Chandra Bose and Mahatma Gandhi. Those who take the country forward on the path of progress with their understanding. New generation on their own progress. Note that in this lies the progress of the country.
