Skipping
Skipping is very easy and interesting thing. If you're begginers so you should skip very slowly. If you've done this before so you can skip fastly and it will also help in reducing weight.
The jumpers might be able to achieve a calorie shortage of 3,500 calories a week, or 500gm of weight reduction, by practicing mindful eating. The jumper will lose 200 calories a day by adding a 20-minute skipping rope workout to his/her routine for 5 days a week.
Using this formula, research has shown that most people jumping rope at a moderate pace will burn around 140-190 calories for every 1,000 skips.
Skip everyday with full motivation. Believe me your fat will reduce with in 1 month. But you have to control on your cravings for food. Don't consume a single piece of sugar. Follow the given diet plan. Full vegetarian diet plan Breakfast 1 bowl of poha or Dalia with vegetables. Lunch 1-2 chapatis, 1 small bowl of pulses (dal), 1 bowl of curd. (After 1 week you can eat sabzi rather than dal) Dinner Eat something light like Palak paneer, Shahi paneer, with 1-2 rotis. Planking
Planking also leads to weightloss. Do plank for about 2-3 minutes as an average. If you want to grow your abs so you should do planking for 4-5 minutes. I have tell you diet about weightloss.
But if you want abs so you should consume protein only natural. Do crunches and hold plank for 4-5 minutes if you are not faty. So your abs will be visible in 3-4 weeks. My personal experience for do planking is very good. After take a long break now I started working on it again but my abs are visible in 2-3 days. But if it's your first time you should do it for 3-4 weeks.
Focus on doing multiple sets of smaller amounts of time. As you progress, you can extend your plank for up to one or even two minutes, but don't go beyond that. Two minutes is often considered the maximum, and you don't get much more benefit after that.
While they may not directly target belly fat, planks contribute to core strength, stability, and endurance. Incorporating planks into a comprehensive fitness routine. Dance
Dance can fit you in some months. There is a dance which is done by people for weightloss called aerobics.
Dancing is an excellent way to exercise, burn calories, and lose weight. Aside from weight loss, dancing can also increase muscle strength and stamina, improve flexibility, balance, blood flow, and sleep, and reduce stress, depression, and the risk for certain chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
You should do "Bhangra" for weightloss performed by Bharatiya. Here are some dances that if you perform you can loss your weight. 1. Freestyle 2. Hip Hop 3. Belly Dance 4. Bhangra 5. Zumba 6 Pole Dance Push-ups
Push-ups doesn't have that much impact as compare to skipping, Dance and Planking. If you want to grow your biscep so you should do it approx 30-40 push-ups. And if you are so bony then you should perform 10-15 push-ups. And if you are 16 or more than so you should perform 20-30 push-ups and increase them after some weeks.
Push-ups for girls Place your palms flat on a bench or elevated surface, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Keep your neck straight and look at the bench. Extend your legs backward and keep your feet close together.
Tuck in your stomach, engage your glutes, and keep your head, neck, back, hips, and legs in a straight line.
Get in a strong pushup position, with your hands stacked under your shoulders, toes on the floor, and a flat back. Squeeze your shoulder blades, abs, and glutes to create tension. Move your hands in slightly narrower than shoulder width. Bend your elbows to lower your torso down to just above the floor.
There is no limit to how many push-ups one can do in a day. Many people do more than 300 push-ups a day. But for an average person, even 50 to 100 push-ups should be enough to maintain a good upper body, provided it is done properly. You can start with 20 push-ups, but do not stick to this number.
