Just Jolly Trademark Policy

Last Updated:

March 20, 2025

When a trademark is used in a confusingly similar manner, it may be considered trademark infringement. However, please note that a trademark does not give you the sole and exclusive right to use that trademark in every context. For example, a post using the name of your business in the context of reviewing your products or even criticizing your brand is NOT infringing your trademark. Please consult your own legal counsel.

If you believe that your trademark has been infringed upon, please:

  1. Verify that the blog or post is on Just Jolly. We have no control over blogs that say “Powered by Just-Jolly.com.”. Please contact the appropriate web host with complaints. We only host blogs and posts that have “just-jolly.com” in their URL.

  2. Contact the blogger or author directly. Go to the blog post or any post in questions/comments and leave a comment or question with your complaint to see if the matter can be resolved directly between you and the blogger or author. Alternatively, you can also send a message to the author of the blog post or post.

If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the blogger or author, please submit your complaint via email: report.justjolly@gmail.com. Our team will review it and take action as appropriate if we consider the use of your trademark to be infringing. Please refer to our Trademark Infringement support guide for information on how we process your complaint.
