IntroductionAt Just Jolly, we are unwavering in our commitment to safeguarding the integrity, neutrality, and transparency of all content shared across our platform. This policy governs the advertisement and promotion of materials relating to social issues, elections, and political matters. We expressly prohibit the promotion of content that seeks to exploit these sensitive domains for commercial, partisan, or manipulative purposes. The following terms set forth the limitations and restrictions governing advertisements in these categories, as they relate to Just Jolly's overarching principles of fairness, impartiality, and legal compliance.

By agreeing to the Just Jolly Prohibited Ads Policy Regarding Social Issues, Elections, and Politics, which is incorporated under and governed by the Just Jolly Terms of Service, you acknowledge and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth therein. Furthermore, by providing your agreement to the Just Jolly Terms of Service, you also expressly agree to comply with all provisions of the Just Jolly Prohibited Ads Policy Regarding Social Issues, Elections, and Politics, as part of the overarching contractual obligations governing your use of the Just Jolly platform.

1. Prohibited Advertising Practices Relating to Social Issues, Elections, or PoliticsIn accordance with Just Jolly’s stringent ethical standards and legal obligations, we unequivocally prohibit the dissemination of advertisements that:

a) Exploit Social or Political Crises for Commercial GainNo advertisement shall be permitted to capitalize on, exploit, or manipulate any social issue, humanitarian crisis, political upheaval, or socio-economic plight for financial benefit, gain, or publicity. Advertisements must not use or misrepresent the gravity of such crises to invoke emotional responses or manipulate the public sentiment for commercial purposes.

b) Incite, Promote, or Endorse Partisan Political AgendasAdvertisements must not explicitly or implicitly support, promote, or advocate for any specific political party, candidate, or ideological position. Content intended to sway political opinion, mobilize votes for any political entity, or endorse candidates or political parties is expressly forbidden. Just Jolly maintains a steadfast commitment to preventing the use of the platform for political partisanship.

c) Misinform or Deceive the Public Regarding Electoral MattersAny advertisement that disseminates false, misleading, or deceptive information relating to elections, voting processes, or political campaigns is strictly prohibited. Advertisements that attempt to manipulate the public’s perception of the electoral process through misinformation, disinformation, or the promotion of fraudulent electoral claims, including the promotion of unfounded allegations or conspiracies regarding election integrity, shall be immediately removed and subject to legal action.

d) Discourage Voter ParticipationAds that actively discourage or attempt to deter individuals from participating in elections are strictly prohibited. This includes any advertisements that portray voting as futile, meaningless, or without consequence. Additionally, advertisements advising or encouraging individuals not to vote, or suggesting that voting is unimportant, shall be considered a violation of this policy.

e) Call Into Question the Legitimacy of an ElectionAds that undermine, question, or cast doubt upon the legitimacy of any ongoing or upcoming election are prohibited. This includes content that falsely questions the credibility, integrity, or fairness of the election process or electoral outcomes without substantiated evidence.

f) Premature Claims of Election VictoryNo advertisement shall promote or disseminate claims of premature electoral victory, especially in the absence of official, verified results. Advertisements that falsely declare a winner prior to the official announcement or that seek to influence public perception of the election outcome by presenting such claims are prohibited.

g) Utilize Sensitive Social Issues to Advance Personal or Commercial InterestsAdvertisements that leverage sensitive social issues—such as but not limited to racial equality, gender rights, immigration reform, environmental protection, and economic inequality—will be prohibited if such advertisements exploit these matters to advance personal or commercial interests. Any ad that commodifies or reduces these issues to mere promotional tools for monetary gain or market advantage contravenes Just Jolly’s ethical framework.

2. Scope of ProhibitionThe prohibition herein applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to, sponsored content, branded content, display ads, video ads, and any content that seeks to influence the audience’s perception of social or political issues. This prohibition is universal, binding upon all advertisers, content creators, and business partners on the Just Jolly platform, regardless of their geographical location, and shall be enforced with uniform rigor and consistency.

3. Exceptions to the ProhibitionNotwithstanding the foregoing, Just Jolly may permit advertisements from certified entities that have been duly authorized under applicable law to engage in certain political or social issue discourse, provided such advertisements comply with the following conditions:

a) Authorized Social or Political Advocacy OrganizationsNon-partisan, non-commercial organizations that advocate for specific social causes, civic engagement, or political education may, subject to Just Jolly's approval, publish content on such matters. Such organizations must demonstrate that they are legally compliant with all applicable laws and possess all necessary licenses or authorizations to promote such issues.

b) Government Agencies and Electoral BodiesAuthorized governmental entities and recognized electoral bodies may publish content related to elections, voter registration, or other government-related political matters, provided that such content adheres strictly to applicable laws governing electoral advertising and does not promote any partisan agenda or political candidate.

4. Enforcement and ComplianceAny advertisement, content, or campaign found to violate the provisions outlined herein will be subject to immediate removal. Repeat offenders, or advertisers whose content is found to flagrantly disregard this policy, may face severe penalties, including the suspension or permanent termination of their account and access to Just Jolly’s platform. Just Jolly reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against parties found in violation of this policy.

5. Liability and IndemnificationAdvertisers, content creators, and business partners shall bear full responsibility for ensuring that their advertisements comply with the terms of this policy. In the event that a violation of this policy leads to legal action, reputational damage, or financial liability, the offending party agrees to indemnify and hold Just Jolly harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from such violations. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, the defense of Just Jolly against any governmental, civil, or third-party legal claims.
