Incorporation of Just Jolly Terms of Service and Messaging Guidelines:

By accessing or using Just Jolly Inbox (hereinafter referred to as "Service," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"), including but not limited to sending chat messages, images, emojis, and creating group chats, You, the user (hereinafter referred to as "You," "Your," or "Member"), hereby expressly agree to and are bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") and the overarching Just Jolly Terms of Service and Just Jolly Messaging Guidelines (the "Master Terms").

You acknowledge that by agreeing to the terms contained herein, You are also agreeing to the conditions set forth in the Just Jolly Terms of Service and Just Jolly Messaging Guidelines, which collectively govern the use of all Just Jolly platforms and services, including Just Jolly Inbox. These Master Terms shall govern all interactions and communications within the Service, and Your use of the Service shall be subject to, and comply with, all obligations and legal responsibilities imposed therein. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the Master Terms, the provisions of the Just Jolly Terms of Service and Just Jolly Messaging Guidelines shall prevail, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION:

1.2. "Member" refers to any individual, legal entity, or organization that has registered with and is authorized to use the Service.

1.4. "User Content" refers to any content (including, but not limited to, chat messages, images, emojis, group chats, and other communications) that is uploaded, transmitted, or shared by You through the Service.

2. LICENSE GRANT:

5.1. By participating in group chats, You understand and agree that all content shared in such chats is visible to all members within the group. You bear the sole responsibility for the legality and appropriateness of content shared in such group environments.

5.2. Just Jolly Inbox reserves the right to monitor, review, or remove any group chat, message, or content that violates these Terms of Service, at Our sole discretion.

6. PROHIBITED USES:

6.1. You shall not:

(a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;

(b) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including violation of any applicable laws in India or internationally, including but not limited to data privacy, intellectual property, or cybersecurity laws;

(c) Engage in any actions that might disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Service, or interfere with any other user’s ability to use the Service;

(d) Engage in any conduct that would constitute an infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, or any activity that violates the intellectual property rights of Just Jolly Inbox or third parties.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION:

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just Jolly Inbox, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits, or the inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Jolly Inbox, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. TERMINATION:

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the rules of the appointed arbitral institution.

10. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES:

10.1. Just Jolly Inbox reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any such amendments will be communicated to You through the Service, and Your continued use of the Service after such amendments signifies Your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. SEVERABILITY:

11.1. If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

12.1. These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between You and Just Jolly Inbox regarding the use of the Service.
