Just Jolly Forum Guidelines

Last Updated:

March 20, 2025

To ensure a positive and enriching experience for all members of the Just Jolly forum, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines. These guidelines are designed to foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive environment. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of your account.

By participating in the Just Jolly Forum, you acknowledge and agree to the Just Jolly Forum Guidelines. Furthermore, by agreeing to the Forum Guidelines, you are also agreeing to the Just Jolly Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions Governing the Insertion of Code in Just Jolly Posts, as these documents govern your use of the platform, including your interactions within the forum.

Please ensure you have read and fully understand both the Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions Governing the Insertion of Code in Just Jolly Posts, and the Forum Guidelines before engaging in forum discussions. Failure to comply with these agreements may result in restrictions or suspension of your access to the platform and its forum features.

1. Do Not Spam

It is important to maintain a focused and valuable space for discussion. Spamming, which includes posting repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited messages, disrupts the forum’s purpose and detracts from the experience of others. Please refrain from engaging in any form of spam. Just Jolly strives to keep discussions free from any shady, far-fetched, cheap, sleazy, needy, or manipulative tactics.

2. Be Respectful

Everyone is entitled to their own ideas, beliefs, and opinions. Please approach each interaction with courtesy and respect. Healthy debate is encouraged, but personal attacks, inflammatory comments, and hostile language will not be tolerated. Respect the diversity of perspectives and be mindful of how your words may affect others.

3. Stay on Topic

To maintain the quality of discussions, please ensure that your posts are relevant to the topic at hand. Staying on topic promotes meaningful conversations and ensures that discussions remain productive and focused. Irrelevant content can clutter the forum and make it harder for others to engage in valuable exchanges.

4. Check for Duplicate Content

Before creating a new post, take a moment to check whether the content has already been covered. It is possible that someone else has already shared similar content or answered the same question. By avoiding duplicate posts, you help keep the forum organized and efficient. This also reduces redundancy and ensures that everyone benefits from consolidated information.

5. Be Thoughtful When Posting Newsworthy Events

Due to the diverse demographic of Just Jolly users, we must maintain a platform suitable for all audiences. Please exercise discretion when sharing videos or images related to newsworthy events. Just Jolly may remove content that depicts intense, graphic violence or disturbing material in order to ensure that the platform remains appropriate for all users. Be mindful of the emotional and psychological impact that such content may have on others, especially younger or more sensitive users.

6. Always Follow the Law

As a platform, Just Jolly is committed to upholding the law and encouraging ethical behavior. The promotion or support of terrorism, organized crime, hate groups, or any other illegal or felonious activity is strictly prohibited. Content that violates laws, promotes harm, or glorifies criminal activities will be removed, and violators may face penalties including account suspension or termination.

7. Avoid the Following When Posting:

  • The Use of Abusive Content: Offensive language, hate speech, or derogatory remarks that target or insult individuals or groups based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.

  • Copyright Infringement: Just Jolly respects intellectual property rights. Posting copyrighted material, such as videos, music, text, or software, without proper authorization, is prohibited. Always ensure that you have the appropriate rights to share any content you upload.

  • Copyright Infringement – Images: Just as with videos, music, or text, sharing images without proper licensing or permission is prohibited. Always give credit where it’s due, and avoid sharing images that violate copyright laws.
