Troubleshoot Local Issues with the Just Jolly App

The issues you are experiencing could be a local issue caused by your device's cache or outdated version. We recommend trying the following:


Troubleshooting local issues with the Just Jolly app:

​Check that your app is up to date


  1. Go to the Apple App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android).

  2. Search for the Just Jolly app.

  3. Click Update (if available). Note: If there's no option to update it means you're running the most up-to-date version of the Just Jolly app.

​Check that you're using a supported device


Just Jolly app is supported on:

  • iPhone: iOS 11 and above

  • Android: 6.0 and above

Log out of your Just Jolly and log back in

  1. Open the Just Jolly app.

  2. Tap the Profile icon at the top left.

  3. Tap the Settings icon .

  4. Tap Log Out.

  5. Log back in using your account credentials.

  6. (If the issue isn't resolved) Restart your mobile device.

Clear Cache on Android Devices:

  1. Long press the app icon on your device's home screen.

  2. Tap App Info.

  3. Tap Storage.

  4. Tap Clear Data.

  5. Open your Branded App and log back in.


​Uninstall and re-download your app


If logging out and back in doesn't work, try completely uninstalling and then downloading your app again.
